شروط وأحكام/ سياسة الاستبدال والرد

تماشيا مع قرار وزارة التجارة والصناعة رقم ( ٥٥٥ ) لسنة ٢٠١٢ يجب إن تكون المشتريات المراد استبدالها أو استرجاعها بغلافهاوتوابعها عند عملية الشراء ومرفقة بفاتورة الشراء الأصلية و أن تكون بحالة جيدة وقابلة للعرض.
مع عدم الإخلال بباقي الشروط و الأحكام المنصوص عليها هنا. يحق للمستهلك استبدال و أسترجاع السلع أو ردها و أسترجاعقيمتها المدفوعة وذلك خلال مدة ١٥ يوم من تاريخ فاتورة الشراء أو لم يتضمن شرط الضمان المعلن من التاجر. ولن يتم استبدال أو ردالأجهزة بدون تقديم العميل للفاتورة الأصلية.
لايجوز للمستهلك مباشرة حق خيار الرد والاستبدال في الحالات التالية.

أ. إذا كان المستهلك عالما بالعيب أو الخلل الموجود بالسلعة عند شرائها وتقبلها بحالتها وتم إثبات ذلك بفاتورة الشراء.

ب. إذا كانت السلعة أو البضاعة تحول طبيعتها أو خصائصها أو طريقة تعبئتها أو تغليفها دون استبدالها أو ردها كتعرضها للتلف أواستحالة إعادتها الى الحالة التي كانت عليها عند الشراء على نحو يمتنع معه إعادة بيعها. ما لم يكن الرد أو الاستبدال يرجع إلى عيوبالتصنيع أو مخالفات المواصفات القياسية الإلزامية أو تكون السلع أو البضاعة على خلاف ماتم الاتفاق عليه.

يجب على العميل الاحتفاظ بفاتورة الشراء الأصلية.
يعتبر إستلام الفاتورة من العميل بمثابة إقرار منه باستلام البضاعة ألمشتراة بحالة بحالة جيدة وخالية من العيوب الظاهرة.
لا يتم إستبدال أو رد الأجهزة المجانية التي أعطيت للعميل مع الأجهزة التي تم شراؤها. ويلتزم العميل بإرجاع تلك الأجهزة المجانيةكاملة لدي الاستبدال أو الرد.
يتم الإستبدال او الرد متى كان بها خلل أو كانت لاتتوافق مع المواصفات أو لا يمكن إصلاح هذا الخلل دون المساس بجودتها.
في حالة رد الأجهزة يتم رد الثمن بذات الطريقة التي دفعت بها عند الشراء.
فواتير الشراء غير المختومة بختم الشركة تعتبر لاغية،
الكفالة لا تشمل الأسباب الخارجة عن إرادة الشركة و الناتجة عن سوء الاستعمال والخلل بالتيار الكهربائي والكوارث الطبيعية.
تعتبر الكفالة ملغية في حالة إصلاح الجهاز من جهة أخرى أو إذا لحق كسر او عبث أو فتح.

Terms and Conditions/Refund and Exchange Policy

In line with the decision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. (555) for the year 2012, the purchases to be exchanged or returned must be in their packaging and accessories at the time of the purchase process and attached to the original purchase invoice, and must be in good condition and displayable.
Without prejudice to the rest of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. The consumer has the right to replace and return the goods or return them and recover their paid value within a period of 15 days from the date of the purchase invoice or if the warranty condition declared by the merchant is not included. Devices will not be replaced or refunded without the customer providing the original invoice.
The consumer may not directly have the right to return and replace in the following cases.
a. If the consumer was aware of the defect or defect in the commodity when he purchased it and accepted it in its condition and this was proven in the purchase invoice.
B. If the good or merchandise, by its nature, characteristics, or method of packing or packaging, prevents it from being replaced or returned, such as its exposure to damage or the impossibility of returning it to the condition it was in at the time of purchase in a way that prevents its resale. Unless the return or replacement is due to manufacturing defects or violations of mandatory standard specifications, or the goods or merchandise are contrary to what was agreed upon.
The customer must keep the original purchase invoice.
Receipt of the invoice from the customer is considered an acknowledgment from him that he has received the purchased goods in good condition and free from apparent defects.
The free devices given to the customer are not exchanged or refunded with the devices purchased. The customer is obligated to return these free devices in full upon exchange or refund.
Replacement or refund shall be made whenever it has a defect or does not comply with the specifications, or this defect cannot be repaired without compromising its quality.
In the case of returning the devices, the price will be refunded in the same way that you paid at the time of purchase.
Purchase invoices not stamped with the company seal are considered void,
The guarantee does not include causes beyond the control of the company and resulting from misuse, faulty electrical current and natural disasters.
The warranty is considered void in the event that the device is repaired by another party or if it is broken, tampered or opened.
